There is a lot of information in a web about acne. The problems of acne is usually experienced by youngsters, because it is a stage where the hormones are a little revolts.

Conventional treatments for acne are usually quite successful. They can include cleansing agents and lotions made with benzoyl peroxide, gels or creams made modified forms of vitamin A, and antibiotics applied to the skin or taken orally.

You can control the symptoms of acne by modifying your diet and using some homemade remedies:

Herbs

A herbal blend that can help with acne consists of equal parts of the herbal extracts of sarsaparilla, yellow dock, burdock, and cleavers. These herbs are believed to be potent blood and lymph cleansers. Half a teaspoon per day of this blend can be taken three times per day combined with a healthy diet.

Tea tree oil applied to acne lesions may help to eliminate bacteria and reduce inflammation.

Tomatoes

Take 50 ml. of tomato juice and mix with one teaspoon of lemon juice. Apply this mixture to the face. It helps to make the skin soft and glowing.

Avocados

The oil of avocado has been found beneficial in the treatment of this disease. It should be applied gently to the affected parts.

Sugar

Sugar has a natural mild antibacterial effect. Since bacteria that develops in clogged pores triggers breakouts, sugar can help ward off future pimples.

Mix sugar with a little bit of water to make a paste. Use the concoction to gently exfoliate your face. Rinse with plenty of fresh water.

Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera is the best alternative and solution for the elimination of acne problems. Its contains several significant medical properties which provide benefit in eliminating acne.

It is utilized for eliminating infections to restore the skin, burns and wounds and provide the building blocks which are needed for the destruction of remake of scars or skin parts.

Therefore, it acts as an anti-inflammatory agent and as an immune booster which helps in eliminating acne to some extent.

A person suffering from acne should use aloe vera soaps at least two times in a day which will keep the skin dry for a long time and after that, wash the affected area with cold or lukewarm water.

Aloe Vera cream also reduces the inflammation and infection from the affected areas with acne. This is not true that aloe vera completely removes the acne but it helps in reducing redness, flaky skin and inflammation if applied daily.
